摘要：【中文摘要】 冷庫作為耗能大戶,一直受到人們的關(guān)注,如何實現(xiàn)節(jié)能,關(guān)系到冷庫行業(yè)的發(fā)展和社會競爭力的提升。本文概述了目前我國冷庫的發(fā)展狀況及存在的問題,著重同國外同行業(yè)能耗現(xiàn)狀做了對比,指出了存在的差異,從技術(shù)角度和管理層面指出了冷庫的節(jié)能方向,提出了冷庫節(jié)能途徑,對企業(yè)降低能耗具有一定的實際指導(dǎo)意義。 【英文摘要】 As a major energy using industry,the cold storage industry has long been concerned by people about the energy saving which is related to the development and competitiveness of the industry.In this paper the current status and some problems of the cold storage are described and the energy consumption as compared witi that of foreign countries is emphasized.The differences and directions from the technical and management aspect and ways of energy-saving are pointed out which have a great significance for enterprises to reduce consumption of energy. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 冷庫; 能耗; 管理; 節(jié)能【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 cold storage; consumption of energy; management; energy-saving
